Many destinations can be reached within one day using UPS ground shipping. Cost-effective Freight Shipping - Opt for LTL Freight Shipping to save money. We will palletize your items and utilize local LTL Freight options to ship them to Amazon. Time is Valuable! - The less time you spend on prepping, the more time you have for other tasks.   • How do I sign up?
    To get started, simply click on REGISTER or LET'S CHAT or send an email to, and we'll promptly create a new account for you. Once you're registered, you'll have the chance to place your first order on our service at no cost to you. Meanwhile, it is necessary for you to follow the steps outlined on the "How It Works" page.
  • How will I be billed for your services?
    You will be billed on the monthly plan you have chosen. If you cannot reach the plan you have chosen, the difference will be charged to you at the end of the month. If you send products above the plan you have chosen, the extra product you have sent will be included in the other plan. For example, you chose the standard package. After sending your products to amazon, you will be charged through the standard package, but if you cannot reach the package you selected at the end of the month, the difference will be charged to the card in your account. Secondly, you chose the standard package, but you sent more than 2500 products at the end of the month. Next package will be charged via account
  • How will you charge me?
    After the products have been shipped to Amazon, the payment will be automatically charged to the credit card you provided us, based on the plan you have chosen.
  • What is the turn around time for prepping?
    Turnaround time varies, but most orders are completed within 24-72 business hours. It can take longer during peak periods such as before Prime Day and Q4.
  • Do you accept and ship pallets?
    Certainly! We do accept and ship pallets. Our delivery hours are from 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
  • How will you be contacted if there is an issue during the shipment creation process?
    If any problems arise during the shipment creation process, we will contact you directly. We will use the contact on Whatsapp information provided by you to ensure effective communication and address any issues promptly.
  • Do you cover if my item is lost?
    We take responsibility for any issues that may occur after the product has been delivered to our warehouse. We provide coverage for such cases. However, please note that we are not responsible for any incidents that may happen during the delivery process before the product reaches us, or after it has been sent to Amazon.
  • Do you work with new amazon sellers?
    Certainly! We do collaborate with new Amazon sellers. However, it's important to note that a solid understanding of Amazon's processes and requirements is necessary. Selling on Amazon involves a learning curve, and we highly recommend going through Amazon's free Seller University training, which can be accessed at, before embarking on your selling journey. It may seem challenging at first, but with the right knowledge and approach, it can be a rewarding experience. Don't hesitate to reach out for guidance and support along the way!
  • Do you work with international sellers?
    Yes, especially if you are purchasing goods in the US and shipping them to our center. We accept international shipments sent to us. We do not broker or process the paperwork involved for importing/exporting goods at this time. We only accept payment in US Dollars.
  • Will you share information about my business?
    No. We have a strict confidentiality policy and will not disclose information about you or your buys.
  • Are there any items you will not accept?
